The Pizza Hut story was added to the paperback version of my first book (Love Is The Killer App). I lived a part of that story while I was at Yahoo!. I’ve shared this story with many of my conference and convention attendees. People that have heard this are known to go out and find someone immediately and give them their story (and make their day/life).
